1. General Commercial Scope
Welcome to Pepperia Spices Trading & Exports ("Pepperia Spices"). By accessing our catalog website, downloading specification PDFs, or submitting inquiry forms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions governing B2B spice trading, quotation requests, and commercial export orders.
2. Commercial Quotations & Trade Terms
All product prices, grade specifications, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) displayed on the website or communicated via email/WhatsApp represent commercial estimates. Firm contract pricing is finalized upon formal Proforma Invoice (PI) issuance based on prevailing international market commodity rates, Incoterms (FOB Cochin, CIF, CFR), and currency exchange rates.
3. Product Quality & Grading Compliance
All exported cargo (Kerala Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, and extended spices) complies with ASTA quality specifications, FSSAI regulations, and Spices Board of India standards. Official Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Phytosanitary Certificate, and Fumigation Certificates are issued prior to ocean container dispatch from Cochin Port.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, photography, product specifications, and graphics displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Pepperia Spices Trading & Exports. Reproduction without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pepperia Spices shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or shipping delay damages resulting from ocean freight schedule modifications, destination port customs holds, or un-notified regulatory changes in importing destination nations.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or commercial disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kottayam, Kerala, India.
